For each group, we define clear engagement objectives and communication strategies aligned with the project’s development phase.

We assist project sponsors in engaging public institutions and regulators to clarify permitting requirements, licensing processes, and policy expectations. This early dialogue helps avoid delays, misunderstandings, and costly redesigns later in the project lifecycle.

We support discussions with gas suppliers, off-takers, and infrastructure partners to align commercial interests and technical assumptions. This includes facilitating negotiations around supply agreements, pricing frameworks, volumes, and operational responsibilities.

Community and local stakeholder engagement is approached with care and respect. We help design engagement plans that address social, environmental, and safety concerns, ensuring that local interests are understood and integrated into project planning where appropriate.

Finally, we help structure investor and partner communications by preparing clear, consistent messages and documentation. This ensures all stakeholders share a common understanding of the project’s value, risks, and long-term impact, strengthening confidence and improving bankability.
