Fuel Supply Chain Planning

We support mobility fleets and industrial users by ensuring reliable, continuous access to natural gas fuels. Our role goes beyond fuel delivery. We design, organize, and manage the entire LNG and CNG supply chain to reduce operational risk, control costs, and guarantee availability under varying demand conditions. Effective fuel availability starts with rigorous planning. We work closely with clients to design supply chains that are technically sound, economically viable, and resilient to disruptions. Our fuel supply chain planning services include:

We analyze fleet size, vehicle types, duty cycles, and industrial consumption profiles to accurately forecast LNG or CNG demand. This allows us to size infrastructure correctly and avoid both shortages and overcapacity.

We identify suitable gas sources, including LNG liquefaction plants, pipeline-connected compression facilities, and regional distributors. Where required, we support negotiations and contracting strategies to secure competitive and reliable supply over the short, medium, and long term.

We define the optimal supply model based on client needs, whether centralized LNG supply, satellite LNG stations, CNG mother-daughter stations, or hybrid configurations. This includes storage sizing, redundancy planning, and expansion scenarios.

We design transport routes and delivery schedules for LNG tankers or CNG tube trailers, taking into account distance, road conditions, border formalities, and safety constraints. The objective is to minimize logistics costs while maintaining supply continuity.

We integrate local and international regulations into the supply chain design, including safety standards, transport rules, environmental requirements, and permitting processes. This reduces project delays and operational risks.

We identify potential supply chain vulnerabilities such as single-source dependency, transport bottlenecks, or seasonal demand fluctuations. Mitigation measures may include secondary suppliers, buffer storage, and contingency delivery plans. Beyond planning, we can also support ongoing coordination of fuel supply operations. This includes monitoring consumption, adjusting delivery schedules, managing supplier performance, and responding quickly to unexpected demand or disruptions. Our LNG and CNG supply solutions are designed for:

  • Commercial and municipal vehicle fleets

  • Mining, cement, and manufacturing plants

  • Power generation and captive energy users

  • Ports, logistics hubs, and transport corridors

By combining technical expertise with practical logistics management, we help clients secure dependable natural gas fuel supply that supports both operational continuity and long-term energy transition goals.
