Project structuring and planning

We support the transformation of natural gas initiatives into viable, bankable projects by guiding them from early concept to financial close.
Our role is to reduce technical, commercial, and financial risk so projects can attract serious investors and lenders.
We work closely with project sponsors to define a solid project structure that aligns technical design, commercial strategy, and financial objectives. This includes selecting the appropriate project model, whether it is public-private partnership, private investment, or joint venture, and clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and ownership.
We support the development of a complete project roadmap, covering scope definition, timelines, capital expenditure estimates, and operating cost projections. Particular attention is given to local conditions, regulatory frameworks, and market realities to ensure the project is realistic and executable.
Our team assists in preparing feasibility studies and pre-feasibility analyses, including technical options assessment, gas supply strategy, demand analysis, and infrastructure requirements. We also help identify key risks and propose mitigation strategies from the early planning phase.
To make projects bankable, we support the preparation of core investment documentation such as project concept notes, financial models, and investment memoranda. These materials are structured to meet the expectations of investors, development banks, and strategic partners.
Finally, we help align the project with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance from the outset and reducing approval delays during later stages.
